You do not need technical knowledge. Start with your legal problem and what you want to achieve.
Use AI thoughtfully
A convincing answer is not necessarily a correct one. AI can misunderstand facts, overlook important qualifications or produce inaccurate legal references.
Check summaries and quotations against the originals. Any account of events must remain your own truthful account: AI should not invent facts, fill gaps in your recollection or create evidence.
Before entering personal, confidential or sensitive information into an AI tool, consider whether it is appropriate to share it and how the service will handle it. If proceedings are underway, ask about any relevant court rules or directions.
How your session works
1. Tell us what you need help with
Choose an available appointment and complete the booking form. Explain your legal problem, how you have used—or would like to use—AI, and the questions you want to discuss. Mention any important deadlines.
2. The barrister checks suitability
Your enquiry is checked for conflicts and to establish whether useful advice can be given within the session. Your appointment is provisional until your instruction is accepted.
3. Discuss your case and next steps
Meet your barrister by video for up to one hour. A short next-steps note follows, recording the main practical points.
The session is based on your booking information and conversation, without advance document review. It provides focused advice rather than a comprehensive check or approval of AI-generated documents.
